Two CNC Milling Centers, With our Haas VF-2 and VF-4 vertical Machining Centers, we unleash our 4th. axis capabilities, offering consistent machined parts over medium and long production runs.

Electrical Discharge Machining capabilities include;
Two EDM's with rotating heads. With our two Charmilles EDM machines we our able to burn intricate shapes, holding close tolerances that would not otherwise be possible.

Grinding capabilities include;
Three 6 x 18 manual surface grinders
One 8 x 24 hydraulic automatic surface grinder
Several miscellaneous pedestal & cutter grinders

Heat Treat capabilities;
One heat treat oven
One Quench tank

Quality control equipment includes;
Optical Comparator, Surface Gages, Surface Plates, Pin Gages, Gage Blocks, Dial Indicators, Calipers, Micrometers
